Method :
Prepare the bread: Flatten the toast bread with a rolling pin and cut it in half. Roll each half up and close with two toothpicks.
Season and cook: Mix the extra virgin olive oil with the dried oregano and brush it on the bread rolls. Cook in a static oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes. Once ready, remove the toothpicks.
Prepare the cream: In a food processor, mix the cream cheese with the arugula, salt and pepper until you get a spreadable cream.
Fill the rolls: Spread the cream on the bread rolls and add a green olive on each.
Tips:
If you have some tomato sauce ready, you can use it to dip the rolls and add a touch of color!
