Ingredients:
For the Cake:
1 packet Oreo (approximately 14 cookies)
80 ml milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
For the Filling:
Oreo Cream
2 tablespoons buttercream (or filling of your choice)
Instructions:
Cake:
Separate the Oreo cookies, placing the cream-filled sides in one bowl and the plain cookies in another.
Crush the plain Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies, milk, egg, and baking powder. Mix until it forms a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with oil or butter.
Pour a small amount of the Oreo batter onto the pan to form mini pancakes (about 2-3 inches in diameter). Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
