β 4 eggs
β 3/4 cup granulated sugar
β 1 teaspoon almond extract
β 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
β 1/4 cup cocoa powder

For the filling:
β 1 cup heavy cream
β 1/4 cup powdered sugar
β 1 teaspoon almond extract
β Sliced ββalmonds, for garnish
β Powdered sugar, for dusting

1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a 10Γ15 inch gelatin roll with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl beat eggs and granulated sugar until thick and pale. Stir in almond extract.
