Biscuit truffles are delicious and easy to prepare sweets, perfect for a snack or to accompany a cup of tea. They do not require cooking and are made with only three ingredients!
Ingredients:
Biscuits: 200 g
Condensed milk: 350 g
Cocoa powder: 30 g
For the topping: Cocoa powder to taste
Procedure :
Crumble the biscuits: Break the biscuits into small pieces and transfer them to a bowl.
Prepare the dough: In another bowl, mix the condensed milk with the sifted cocoa powder. Add the crumbled biscuits and mix the ingredients well until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Form the balls: Take small portions of dough and form balls with your hands.
Roll in cocoa: Roll the balls in cocoa powder to coat them evenly.
