1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup grapes, halved (optional)

1/4 cup almonds or pecans, chopped (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken: If you haven’t already, cook the chicken by boiling, grilling, or baking until fully cooked. Allow it to cool before dicing or shredding.

Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), celery, red onion, grapes (if using), nuts (if using), and parsley.
