CREAMY POTATO SOUP RECIPE

4 large potatoes, diced into bite-sized chunks
6 slices of crispy, heavenly bacon
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
4 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chives, and sour cream (because who doesn’t love a little extra indulgence?)
