Crispy Ritz Cracker Chicken

Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Cracker Mixture:
In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Prepare the Chicken:
Dip each chicken breast in milk, ensuring it is fully coated.
Then, dredge the chicken in the cracker mixture, pressing down to ensure the crackers adhere well.
Bake the Chicken:
Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the chicken breasts.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
Serve:
Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
