Freeze:
Place the cookies in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
Melt the Chocolate:
In the meantime, melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Dip the Cookies:
Once frozen, dip the ice cream cookies in the melted chocolate and let it crystallize.
Serve:
The ice cream cookies on a stick are ready to be enjoyed!
