Step 4
Slide the bread layer onto a sheet of cling film and spread a more or less even layer of turkey slices

Continue with the capricciosa salad then, using the film underneath, roll up the roll tightly.

Seal well, perhaps adding another sheet of cling film, then place it in the fridge to rest for at least a few hours.

storage:
The savory Yule log can be stored for 1 or 2 days maximum in the refrigerator, covered with a sheet of transparent film. Freezing is not recommended.
