PREPARATION

3. For the third sandwich: Spread the mayonnaise on the sandwich bread. Arrange the slices of cooked ham and cheese. Cut into squares.
4. For the fourth sandwich: Clean and chop the surimi. Grate the hard-boiled eggs. Combine the ingredients with the mayonnaise. Spread the mixture on the slices of bread and cut into squares.
